The location is very good, close to the beach. The food at the hotel is poor, and you only receive one towel for your entire stay. If you need a new one, you have to pay.

I had a lovely side sea view room on the 6th floor. It was just so relaxing to sit on the balcony and take in the atmosphere. I love this hotel and have been there many times. It is unpretentious and stylish, an abundance of plants everywhere. I love the beach and walked it every day. Everything is spotless. The food is good quality with a good supply of fruit and vegetables. It gets a bit noisy between 8-11 with different local venues putting on their entertainment but all stops at 11.00. I also got a good deal with *******. I will be returning.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Pool area spacious with plenty sun beds. Dining room plenty tables for buffet breakfast and there was a luge choice of well presented and prepared food. Problem with lifts whilst we were there.

Lovely clean hotel, rooms nice modern with a small balcony overlooking the pool down to the beach, staff friendly & helpful, stayed half board food verity v good. Bus stop almost outside the hotel, or take the coast path walk into Playa del Ingles.. enjoyed our stay

Even though it has "only" 3 stars, the hotel was really nice. The staff was super friendly, nice pool area, close to the beach and further away from the touristic area. Really enjoyed it.

We had an awesome stay at this nice hotel only a footpath away from black sanded beach with clear water. Beautiful garden and great pools with super nice bars and restaurants. As an allergic person you receive a foodpass, total personal support at no extra cost. For cleanup you can book your housekeeping via form. The 24h reception tells you all you need to know. The personnel is outstanding friendly and competent. The sports and entertainment are various and all very good. Our Junior Suite on 6th floor had stunning view onto beach and mountains.

We did the check in an the ac was not working they sent somebody to fix it but he couldn’t do fix it I ending not able to sleep until i demanded another room and they finally at 11 pm gave a room with no view it is also very noise the entrainment is so loud
