Our second visit to this excellent hotel as all inclusive guests. Right on the beach (with very easy access to the beach). A lovely raised beach bar overlooking the beach and onto the glistening sea. All staff are friendly and some shine over and above, difficult to name but for us it was Hamilton, Chippy, Gersin (possibly incorrect spelling), Anna Marie (again first name may be wrong) - these people and others were always smiling and seemed to appreciate our efforts to always speak Spanish where we could. It should be noted that most staff speak Spanish, English and German. We stayed the last two weeks of September and although the sun beds were busy we always found one. We typically went down at about 9am. We stayed in a suite on the 8th floor this year (and a room on the 7th last year). The suite was better as it had a separate bathroom on the first level which kept the shower water enclosed in a room and provided a more private bathing and toilet experience! There was also a toilet and shower on the 2nd level. The second level was like a loft room, and was very airy with more great views of the coast. Both the lower and upper level had a wardrobe. There were quite a few hangers but we did benefit from bringing a few of our own. I find the bed a bit hard so usually I ask for a second duvet to use as a topper but I read on here someone had asked for a mattress topper so I did the same and the hotel duly provided. This made such a difference for me. My husband likes the firmness of the bed so didn’t have a problem. Being in a suite seems to come with extra privileges: spa vouchers, and a silver wristband which when I asked - was told we would be seen as preferential guests! The food selection is very good at this hotel. At breakfast there is always a choice of bacon, sausage, eggs and you can have fresh omelets made to your liking. Often there are American pancakes/ waffles. As you enter the restaurant there are a choice of fruit juices and also cava. Fresh fruits, sliced fruits, hams and cheeses and also a wide selection of pastries. Also yoghurts and porridge. There are also about 6 different milks, including skimmed, and soya. Tip: if you prefer decaf coffee and cold milk just ask for hot water and some decaf coffee - they will give you sachets. We tended to have lunch at the beach bar on site - it’s a limited but not tiny selection, pizzas, burgers, salads, a few tapas items: recommend the Gambas, and toasties. The restaurant is also open but we never went there for lunch. Dinner: again a great selection of starters and mains and cakes/ice cream in buffet style. Each evening has a loose theme: Spanish, Japanese (sushi), Chinese, Italian. But there is always something like pork or chicken on a carvery, fish, pastas, hot veg and potatoes of some kind (potatoes Ana, chips, sliced potatoes etc). Then you have a varied salad bar and sometimes little dishes of diced salad/salsas. Most evenings there is a good selection of ch
