The hotel is in a great location, the restaurant connected to the food was delicious. Lobby toilet seat was on the floor. The hotel needs a good cleaning spots of black mold in the shower and faucet needed cleaning. The bar was pricey. The free hotel breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay we made the best of the bathroom by cleaning it ourselves. Front desk people only spoke when we spoke. There was one young man who the bellhop always spoke and smiled and was very help

Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of options. Our room had some minor floor damage from water. Minor details but not enough to ruin your stay. Staff were helpful but some could be more attentive to the needs of guests.

Welcome drinks and foods na recepção e quarto, respectivamente. Funcionários educados, falam ingles e espanhol. Quarto e banheiro requintados, oferta de passeios, oferta de restaurantes (3) dentro do hotel. Dois dos que fomos são excelente. Vista pro mar da piscina no rooftop. Profissionalismo. Café da manhã muito, muito bom mesmo, com produtos diversos e de boa qualidade. Recomendo.

breakfast menu was nice with a great view and good food. nice pool area. outside of the hotel was a smell of sewers but besides that everything was to standard

Staff was not helpful at all. Room (junior suite) was tiny. Didn’t provide either of the promised items through ********** - bottle of spirits and/or beverage per person. Wait staff was inattentive. Most promised amenities were not in service. No dedicated beach chairs and beach itself was extremely overcrowded. All activities promised as offsite through hotel were fully booked. Room service cut off early and breakfast was not good. definitely not worth the $$ and would not return. The only good part was the Italian restaurant - food there was great and the wait staff were very kind.

The only downside is that the Wi-Fi doesn't work for the TV.
