Portobelo Plaza de las Americas

The hotel was very nice we stay 2 nights staff at the front desk is very helpful and make you feel welcome, breakfast was great lunch and dinner is also good to be included we really enjoy or stay and we definitely planning to come back and stay in this location again thank you portobello for all and you staff at the desk always with a smile.

The hotel is well located. The main highlight is the cleanliness of the rooms. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is fine, with hot water, although it is salty. Positive points: the staff is very helpful and explained the rules to us in detail. Negative points: a lot of mess on the ground floor, too much noise, a dirty pool, and loud music. Breakfast offers few options. The air conditioning in the reception area is extremely cold, and they only gave us one key to access the room. I will certainly not return.

Smelly room bathroom , the room wasn’t ready on time , poor customer service from breakfast attendant,

Hotel was clean and the breakfast was acceptable. Some of the staff comes off as a bit bothered and inconvenienced when approached but overall it was a nice stay.

I liked location. I dis not like communication, like no one answer when marked from room to front desk. I had to ask every day for fresh clean towels. Sink was plugged at arrivel but fixed upon request. Every time you get out of the room with the key, the power shuts down including the air conditioning so when you come back from outside you find a warm room, I guess is good in an eco friendly way.

STAY AWAY FROM PORTOBELLO HOTELES Aircondition dident work, the rooms where small, and very unplesant We got moved to portobello beach/conferencias We acepted and paid a deadent amout to change and for bigger rooms, and we should have the rooms ready right away Rooms where ready, But we needed to wait for and extra 5 hours The resepsjonist where really unfriendly, rooms where not cleaned. Every time we told our complains they dident take anything seriosly

Only a 4 min walk to the beach. Nice modern hotel, quiet as the rooms are away from the road. Nice pool in the courtyard. Breakfast very portion controlled but OK.
