La señora de la recepción es grosera e indiferente con sus huéspedes . Dice que los huéspedes se creen la mayor cosa y así mismo nos trato. Fue mala experiencia el aseo del hotel pésimo. Se nota que hay roedores, en las habitaciones encontramos presencia de popo y suenan en la noche. Resaltar que la única buena atención fueron el personal de la cocina. Los UNICOS que saludan y dan un buen servicio. RECOMENDACION noo vallan a este hotel es de lo peor en todo sentido. Están remodelando y todo el tiempo hay ruido y barrizal al salir e ingresar a este hotel CERO RECOMENDADO. Por este motivo. Creo no volver ala isla. Lo UNICO bonito y hermoso es el mar de mi bella Colombia. Lástima que por personas así se va uno con una mala experiencia. Ojalá el dueño se pueda dar cuenta de la mala atención de esta señora.

Quando fomos a San Andres, na Colômbia, escolhemos esta pousada, para ficarmos, bom atendimento, não tem água quente nem chuveiro, apenas um cano na parede do banheiro, um café da manhã muito fraco, onde eles mesmos que serve.

Estoy muy satisfecha con todo el servicio recibido por el personal del hotel, la comida excelente, muy buena sazón de la señora Silvia, en todo momento atenta a nuestros requerimientos o dudas de cómo llegar a algún lugar de la isla, muy puntual con las 3 comidas del día. El cuarto muy limpio y ordenado, la recepcionista del hotel excelente persona. Yo lo recomiendo para quienes visitan la isla. El transporte público pasa con mucha frecuencia e incluso mototaxistas nos trasladaban y eran amables y muy educados con nosotras. El hotel esta un poco retirado del centro, pero caminando 35 minutos, se llegaba a la playa, es rico caminar ♀️ y observar todo lo que nos ofrece la isla.

Excelente servicio en todos los aspectos, la comida es deliciosa y variada, las habitaciones limpias y no es tan lejos del centro, de hecho hay buses que pasan cada 10min el lugar es muy agradable, así que no es excusa la distancia.! Volvería otra vez a este lugar además de que los precios son muy accesibles

La atención por parte de l recepción es la peor personas groseras y muy malas personas atienden allí el único amable es el dueño del hotel pero no sé si sabe que sus empleados son pésimas personas ojo no todos pero de la recepcionista deja mucho que hablar de esa señora
