O Hotel é muito bem localizado, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, roupa de cama muito limpinha. Não tem Wifi mas não é algo que me incomodou já que comprei um chip local. Café da manhã muito bem servido, toda manhã tinha um prato diferente e muito saboroso. Funcionários atenciosos e educados. A única coisa que senti falta foi de um frigobar no quarto para termos água gelada. Super recomendo

El hotel es muy basico, cuando nos vendieron el plan venia todas las comidas incluidas pero cuando llegamos al hotel nos llevamos la sorpresa que solo incluia el desayuno. Mala informacion por parte de On vacation :(

El hotel queda muy cerca a la playa el desayuno fue variado excelente atención en el restaurante en plena zona comercial muy seca de todo bien más camas limpio hace falta que vendan bebidas y snacks en definitiva volvería

La atención al cliente fue muy buena, mario el señor que atiende para los desayunos fue muy amable y servicial, la atención en recepcion fue excelente, tuvimos unos pequeños problemas con la habitación y la emoción de otros huéspedes pero en general recomendado ya que queda cerca de la playa y la comida es espectacular nunca fallo.

Estivemos neste hotel em familia e fomos muito bem atendidos pela Danisha. As acomodações apesar de simples são muito confortaveis. A localização é excelente, próximo ao centro comercial e a principal praia da ilha.

Me gustó mucho la atención del personal, la alimentación y la tranquilidad, NO ME GUSTO QUE SOLO PONEN MUSICA REJETON, Que no se entiende nada y lo poco que se entiende son vulgaridades que ofenden a la mujer; nuestro folclor es muy rico, tenemos la salsa, el vallenato, musica tropical, porque solo el reggaeton que es un insulto. Lo mismo sucede en los otros hoteles como el cove. POR FAVOR NO MAS REJETON, las familias con niños también se lo agradeceran.

La ubicación esta bien, queda cerca a la playa, pero las instalaciones muy regulares, primero la distribucion de las camas, luego aparecio una gotera en la habitación, me cambiaron a otra pero en esa el agua no llegaba con suficiente fuerza, definitivamente tuve una mala experiencia.
