Spark by Hilton San Antonio Airport

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service When We Needed It Most After a long overnight drive, we arrived at Spark by Hilton San Antonio Airport around 3:00 AM, exhausted and just hoping for a smooth check-in. What we received was something even better—genuine hospitality. KK welcomed us with a warm smile, a calm demeanor, and an incredible level of professionalism that immediately put us at ease. Even in the middle of the night, she never made us feel like an inconvenience. She anticipated our needs, made the check-in process effortless, and treated us with the same care and enthusiasm you would expect during the busiest part of the day. Exceptional customer service is rare, especially at 3:00 in the morning, but KK exceeded every expectation. She is a tremendous asset to the hotel and a perfect example of what true hospitality looks like. If you’re staying near the San Antonio Airport, I highly recommend Spark by Hilton. A clean, comfortable hotel is important, but it’s people like KK who transform a stay into a memorable experience. The hotel far exceeded my expectations. The free hotel shuttle is available, but you need to call the hotel for pickup at the airport. The room was spacious, brightly lit, and relatively quiet on the fourth floor. The air conditioner cools quickly, although it's a bit noisy. The shower's warm water comes on fast. Overall cleanliness was not bad, though there were some stains and a long hair on the towel. The bedding was very comfortable, and I had a good rest.

The hotel is good but the breakfast is just a bagel and orange juice. Don’t expect so much in the breakfast

I stay at this hotel every week and it's very comfortable. It would be great if parking was free.
