La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio at the RIM

Hotel feels new, front desk polite, excellent location. Breakfast is minimal as expected. Downsides: housekeeping, I stayed 5 nights and never swept or vacuumed , I even asked her and left tip. Also, there was an intermitent noise at night, a machine that made difficult to sleep.

I didn’t like the location of my room. I had requested a room away from the elevator for some peace and quiet and they literally handed me the room right next to the elevator

Everything was great. Only one minor issue was at breakfast I would have loved to eat scrambled eggs but they always put cheese on them and I can’t eat dairy products.

Very nice staff. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Location of the hotel is excellent. Quiet for a good night's sleep.

Loved our overnight stay! Very clean and quiet hotel. Great area by the RIM! Lots of restaurants and store to shop! My favorite location.

The noise level was terrible. I could hear everything all night from doors, voices, footsteps and it made it almost impossible to sleep. Overall, I felt frustrated. This hotel needs major improvements in customer service, soundproofing, and room quality. I would not stay here again or recommend it.
