Stayed for less than ten hours. Had to leave due to hotel staff putting my safety in jeopardy. Infuriating.

Gym needs radical improvement. Not enough equipment. Cleaning staff did not clean room as thoroughly as one would expect. Sink and surrounding area untouched, and debris left on floor.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location has great access to San Antonio, Austin and freeways to everywhere else.

Toilet flooded entire bathroom my first night there. Mirrors are moldy or dirty. Asked for a discount, room was stuffy and even lowering the air to 66 wasn’t helpful. Complained to the staff and they said they could only put points into my Marriott account. Submitted a complaint, never heard back from anyone.

check-in: 10/10 - staff was smiling. courteous and very welcombing room: 9/10 very clean, lots if fresh, plush towels, bed was super comfy. Only complaint was the toilet kept turning on about once per hour which was a little annoying, but when i closed the door it was barely audible. hotel amenities: 10/10 big bar and decnet seating area with TVs. Clean pool. Nice fitness area, w weight machines well kept but could update the stationay bike. Lots if towels and cold bottled water. Dining: could improve the pricing and quality of breakfast. I ordered from the menu and it was more expensive than the breakfast buffet, but was perhaps a lower quality. Menu could also use some improvment and could also add a la cart options.
