Excellent value for a downtown San Antonio hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are spacious and immaculate. Free parking is a massive plus for this location. Unlike most chain hotels, their breakfast includes a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, which was highly appreciated.

The hotel offers a city shuttle, but it's not always on time. I waited outside for over ten minutes and almost gave up before it arrived.

The hotel itself is a bit old, but it's well-maintained. The beds and bathrooms are kept clean.

Good parking. Rooms and services are perfectly adequate. Breakfast was sufficient, though nothing spectacular.

The staff working during the day were very friendly. The staff member who drove the shuttle bus was super friendly. The female staff member working at night felt like a strict, scary teacher.

The hotel shows its age, with outdated furniture and bathroom fixtures. However, the complimentary shuttle service is a great perk, especially considering downtown parking costs at least $20. The breakfast selection is limited, but this is typical of many U.S. hotels.

The hotel staff were very friendly, kind and always helpful. However housekeeping was only done after resquesting. The AC was broken in the lobby/breakfast area and it was too warm but breakfast selection was good. The water pressure in the shower and from the faucet was low. Overall clean hotel, friendly staff and very good location.

Great experience, I stayed for one week and the staff were super friendly, the breakfast was also super.

Overall, everything was perfect. The location was okay, about a 15-20 minute walk from the Riverwalk. It's close to the interstate but quiet. Unfortunately, the pool is at the neighboring hotel, but we were aware of that. It's just a bit more of a hassle. Breakfast was decent and sufficient!

Far from the attractions, far from the city, inconvenient to travel, bad review!

Pretty good

The room is fully equipped, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is good. Parking is free and travel is convenient. It is not far from the central market and there are some good options for eating there if you drive there.
