Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio Airport

NO SHUTTLE SERVICE! The hotel is listed as having a shuttle service but they do not offer one. I made my booking at this location specifically for the airport shuttle. I had to pay out of pocket for an extra expense that was falsely advertised. Hotel room and facilities were fine, clean and no issues. Shower was nice, hot with good pressure.

The hotel is old and needed major updating. I called morning to confirm my booking but when we got there, there was a long line of people as in only one in the front desk. I waited 30 minutes for the room to be fixed but the smell of old was still there. Bathroom light was not working even after the front desk guy came to fix it but unable to. Offering 1 free breakfast to compensate knowing there are 2 people. I declined the offer and decided to make an honest review not only because they were so CHEAP but because they get away with this below standard. I seldom make negative reviews but CUSTOMERS SHOULD READ REVIEWS, to prevent this experienced.The name Hilton was damaged to me.

Rooms are a bit dated but they were spacious and comfy! The common area is cute and they had security patrolling the area.

Nice place with easy access to the airport

The room was very spacious. Bathroom was clean and stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner, and bath soap. The carpet was pretty dirty overall and multiple large stains which I tried to overlook because I only stayed 1 night and the room was very large as mentioned above. Staff was friendly.

Wonderful place

Good place, there was an issue with plumbing in one room but they gave me another room. The shuttle isn’t available but you call and they’ll have a lyft pick you up or drop you off at airport for free. A little walk will take you to some nearby shops.
