Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas

We have tried all of the area resorts multiple times - this is without hesitation our favourite.

Restaurant was great great waitstaff unhappy with room because requested patio balcony didn’t get

The weather didn’t help but we did enjoy the swimming pool at night and the jacuzzi. Found the are very dark tho, not enough light around but very nice full of trees.

We had a great 3 nights of vacation at this property. My 5yr old daughter had a blast enjoying the lazy river and the warm pool, and so did I! It was great to have the pool set in a natural setting under trees, etc - beautiful experience. The lagoon was great too. I liked that they put together so many activities, especially for kids, and shared an itinerary of events for the whole week - it made it so much easier for us to plan our days. The room itself was very comfortable…we enjoyed the balcony with views of the greenery around. We had a wonderful lunch at the Springhouse Cafe one of the days. Since we were vegetarians we didn’t bother much with the other restaurants. But within 10-15 mins driving distance there were a few good options. I loved that all the staff badges show where they were from. I thought that was a great touch and allowed for warm conversations and made the interactions personable! Overall, it is an excellent property. It is a no-brainer to stay here especially if you have kids. We would gladly recommend this to anyone, amd would love to come back here!

Overall a great stay. Only had an issue with the AC cooling but staff fixed this the same evening.

Amazing amenities, totally worth every dollar. My kids, husband, and I had a blast. They have everything you never need to leave the property! I also visited the spa before I left 10/10. The customer service is top tier.
