I really enjoyed my stay at sonder southtown flats. Everything is so nice and clean. There are a few spots that I enjoyed the food and drinks that were walking distance. Bar1919 was amazing. They had delicous cocktails. Leche de tigre nice restruant which is next door to apartments. Halcyon stellar got some good pizza. It was nice to have parking that came with the apartment too. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Great place, close to every thing we wanted to do, clean, comfortable, and accommodating! Would definitely book here again! Will recommend to friends and family who visit this area often as well. We had a great time and experience.

The apartment was in a great location. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and had all the supplies we needed for our 5 night stay. Ice machine/filtered water on fridge was a nice feature. The building itself could use a little tlc. The hallways/elevators/stairways could be swept more often. It’s a dog friendly apt., though regular residents must not clean up dog waste after themselves even though there are bags everywhere promoting it. There were at least 6 piles in the courtyard - gross. The pool area was only partially working. The sunbathing side was green and fountain in center not working. The apt itself was perfect for what we needed.

Check-in was easy, they layout clear instructions of how to enter the building and access your room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure. A/c and wifi worked perfectly. The location was super convenient and felt safe. Loved the kitchen and washer/dryer. Oh and TONS of closet space. My only complaint would be that I was unable to check-in early but they did try to provide solutions i.e. nearby coffee shops and luggage storage which was kind. I would stay here again!

This hotel offers a beautiful and serene environment, with friendly and pleasant neighbors. The Sonder team was readily available and provided excellent assistance whenever needed. I would highly recommend staying here, as it exceeded my expectations. I am already looking forward to my next visit and will definitely choose Sonder again. A perfect 10/10 experience.

The place is lovely, people are nice, the apt. es very comfortable, it has everything you need for a great stay!. Good tip. next door is a cevicheria called leche de tigre, such a beautiful and delicious place to have dinner, or a beer! I thing because of the weather there were lots of mosquitos, so bring your repelent and enjoy your stay! Definitely comming back!

First time staying with Sonder and it was an excellent find. Originally found them through an OTA and booked directly. A hybrid between a hotel and airbnb and the property was perfect for our family

We loved our stay at Sonder Southtown!!! Cute area with lots close by. The bed was comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and nice. My only complaint was there was only 2 half rolls of toilet paper, other than that LOVED it! Go to Stella for wood fire pizza, La Tuna for late night beers and black bean burger

Loved it! The apartment was very nice and roomy. Liked having a secure parking garage. Very clean and easy to find. Only issues- needed more coffee supplies and the bath gel dispenser didn’t work well.
