They did not have my reservation when I arrived and and they did not have a room available . Therefore I did not stay and should not be charged for my room .

I liked that it was quiet and the room amenities were good, except for the small-screen TV. The bathroom was recently renovated.
The need for maintenance of the exterior of the property and our room was noticeable. Piles of old mattresses, ongoing roof repairs and the peeling paint in our room create a poor appearance.

The hotel name is not Hotel Avenida as listed in ******* or Google! The name on the building is Roadway Inn. According to the hotel staff the name was changed to Roadway Inn long time ago.

We were in the room 10min before leaving to go eat and make plans for another room. Sheets were dirty/stained, room smelled terrible, mosquitos in the bathroom, and an unsecured entrence/exit into an attic area. I have never seen this in a hotel room before, and seems unsafe that someone could enter your room. The images online look much better than IRL. Beware
