They did not have my reservation when I arrived and and they did not have a room available . Therefore I did not stay and should not be charged for my room .

We were in the room 10min before leaving to go eat and make plans for another room. Sheets were dirty/stained, room smelled terrible, mosquitos in the bathroom, and an unsecured entrence/exit into an attic area. I have never seen this in a hotel room before, and seems unsafe that someone could enter your room. The images online look much better than IRL. Beware

Yes this property is older but maintenance must be great. It was quiet, conveniently located overall a darn good experience.

Great location
We came into town for a wedding. The hotel was within walking distance from the wedding venue. It was a nice bonus that we could see the ocean from our room. The staff was helpful. The hotel was quiet and we had a great stay.

Basic accommodation, clean, friendly staff and 10-min walk to North Beach. Our room didn’t have a closet and iron.

Expensive for what it was, hair in the shower leftovers from the person before, smelled like cigarette smoke in our “non smoking” room, overall felt dirty
