Everything was great the only thing we did not like was the lack of access to staff for check in or questions. The water pressure in the shower is too strong need shower heads that can adjust the stream.

I was told I could check in early..Surfbreak staff, nobody showed up or no code was sent till 3:30 wife went up to the room and it hadn’t been cleaned we were than advised room should be ready by 5:30 ?
We cancelled with hotel staff at that point and stayed elsewhere

Dirty and stained towels
This room smelled heavily of Clorox for the first day and the thin gross towels were completely stained. Unbelievable.
It was dirty and loud due to highway noise. Don’t stay here.

Code room entry concept reasonable. No office staff was available when we arrived for 3:00 PM check in as promised in e-mail we received that morning. No code was provided prior to check in. When we called number provided we were told number did not exist anymore. text inquiry for code response answer was a code that did not work. Second code request gave us a code that worked. We got into the room at 10:00 PM after attending a wedding which required me to change into my tux in the parking structure because we could not get into our room in a timely manner. Very poor office staff management.
Limited parking in structure.
