This complex does not allow electric vehicle charging per the HOA rules. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests and can sleep 6 in beds. SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS: Primary - King Bed Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents. We do not accept American Express & Discover. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our rental agreement includes a strict policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and no party policy. No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties - NO EXCEPTIONS! No pets allowed. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS.
