Hilton San Diego Mission Valley

The hotel,was great. I have stayed many times in this hotel and I fully recomended for family trips. This last time I booked 2 rooms by this page, unfortunately when I arrived at front desk fot check in they told me the second room was not booked by trip.com Trip sent me an email, make my refund and give me an extra compensation. Happily the hotel has second room available and I booked at the moment direct in front desk. However, I live a frustrating experience

Self parking was spacious and reasonably priced. Hotel receptionist was helpful and welcoming. Sliding door to the bathroom was in extremely bad shape though. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Stay was great, maybe beds could be improved a little. Great location

My family and I checked in at your hotel around 1:00 AM and were unfortunately woken up just a few hours later, around 6:30 AM, due to a serious water leak from the ceiling. We were forced to evacuate the room without having had any proper rest. Although we were moved to a new room at approximately 7:00 AM, we received no apology or acknowledgment from the hotel staff upon our return later that day. To make matters worse, the new room we were given had a constant, disturbing noise coming from the air conditioner, which once again made it difficult for us to rest. This led to yet another room change. We raised our concerns with the duty manager, but she appeared dismissive, lacking the professionalism and empathy expected when handling serious guest complaints. We are very disappointed about Hilton San Diego Mission Valley with the service we received, especially considering the multiple disruptions and the lack of proper response.

I had a terrible experience during my stay at a Hilton hotel in San Diego. I booked a room for three nights, but the bathroom was far below Hilton’s standards. On the second day, the hot water stopped working, and despite their attempts to fix it for two hours, they were unsuccessful. This forced us to move to a new room without any apology, disrupting our plans and requiring us to reschedule appointments. Additionally, when we returned to the parking lot in the evening, the key didn’t work, and after multiple unsuccessful calls to the help bell, the staff at the lobby hung up on me before I could finish explaining the issue. I am extremely disappointed with the service and will avoid Hilton in the future.
