The air conditioning was very noisy and affected my sleep. Luckily, the temperature wasn't too high, so I just turned it off before bed. The view was nice, but everything else was pretty standard. No slippers, no toothbrush, and no toothpaste (which is normal for the US, so it's good to bring your own). I didn't use the Starbucks breakfast voucher; even with the $15 discount, it still felt expensive. I'd recommend buying some milk, bread, and fruit from the supermarket instead – much more economical.

Let me get straight to the point: I wouldn't recommend this place for a trip. The hotel's location is quite isolated, right by a pier, surrounded by exhibition centers, and across from an elevated highway. This makes walking anywhere inconvenient, so you're pretty much stuck eating at the hotel. Plus, it seems like there are conferences almost every day, so it gets really crowded. The hotel breakfast is à la carte. If your booking includes breakfast, you get a voucher to exchange for one main dish and one drink for free. Parking is right next to the hotel. It's not cheap for a night, but you pay directly at the front desk. They give you a key card, which you just swipe at the exit of the parking garage and then drop into a box on your way out. There's also a destination fee; I forget the exact amount, but I think it was around $45. The bed, however, was quite comfortable.
