The facilities are old and poorly maintained. I checked three different rooms, and every single one had something broken. Faucets, AC, toilets – what kind of quality control leads to such a high rate of issues? Eventually, I was so frustrated that I didn't even bother asking for another room. I waited for maintenance to come the next day, but they just took a quick look and disappeared. Another day passed, and I had to call maintenance again from the front desk before they finally fixed it. The front desk offered complimentary breakfast vouchers as compensation, which barely appeased me; otherwise, I would have complained directly to Hilton's head office.

All of the staff we encountered at this hotel were outstanding. Perfect location to easily reach anywhere in the wider San Diego area.

Quiet pleasant place, tried drink at mosaic bar in the lobby area but that was terrible. Reception was very rude. I request deposit can be pay in cash as it’s just deposit. So stubborn must need credit card that was so annoying

The house is very old. One of the elevators was under maintenance, and the other one stopped working the next morning. There is no pure water in the room, and no safe. The very beautiful swimming pool in the photo is not as good as the children's pool in my community. The overall environment is not as good as hotels like Hanting.

I asked Ctrip for help and they moved me to a room on the 5th floor. The air conditioner still made some noise, but it was much better. The second time I checked in, I was given a room on the 3rd floor. After swiping my card to enter, I found that the headboard of the bed and the wall had moved a certain distance (as shown in the picture). I asked the front desk in confusion and found that the phone was broken. I finally found someone and said this The room is under maintenance, please wait. I said I wanted to rest now and they changed my room to the 4th floor, which was much better. You have to ask for the refrigerator and microwave in the room and they will bring them to you. During my stay, the front desk helped me collect a courier, but I couldn't find it. The next day, I adjusted the monitoring and the front desk helped me find it. Parking fee is 20 yuan per night. If you check out a few days in advance due to unforeseen circumstances, one cent of the room fee will not be refunded. In short, don't come.
