Don't let the comparatively low fares lure you in, this is not a 4-Star Superior hotel. The Spa is tiny and the sauna did not work. Moreover, Spa access is once per reservation, not per day. Breakfast is good but not overwhelming. Rooms are okay but small. Generally speaking, the level of service and attention is not worthy of a four star hotel. In case of problems during the stay, the Russian owners are not reachable.

Great location. Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Stayed October 23 for two nights. Breakfast was included and was very good. My only criticism is you only get one hour free use of the spa facilities, after that it is 10 euros per person, per hour, which is expensive. This was disappointing when we chose a spa hotel because it was out of season. I would recommend the hotel though and would stay there again.

We ate in the Metronom Gastrobar and the meal was excellent. It was interesting, satisfying and displayed the skills and creativity of the chefs. The service was efficient and friendly. We ate inside in the very pleasant and exceptionally well furnished bar. The value for money was outstanding - very important in these inflationary times. Cava, wine, bread, water three great courses for just 22 Euros!! Volveré otra más …

Nice hotel, large comfortable rooms which are very quiet. Great location, close to beach and main town. Didn’t use the spa but we made sure to look and it seemed nice.

This was our third stay at the Elke Hotel and I don't usually write reviews as I stay at many hotels but this hotel is a jewel. A very good example of a four star hotel that deserves five stars. It has the right balance between privacy and amicable and honest service. Eugenia in particular has been wonderful every time we come. She is pleasant, helpful and good at her job. Also a big shout out for the rest of the reception team and the breakfast manageress - who remembered what we liked and made sure we had perfectly cooked fresh fried eggs every morning. The place and room are spotless and clean, welcoming and nice and new yet warm. the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Even though we had to change hotels for the last night of our stay in San Feliu as the were closing down for a few days after Christmas so the staff could spend time with their families for the holidays, we respect that as it shows management appreciates its staff . Thank you again for a wonderful stay. Oh and the Spa is fantastic - new and very clean and welcoming.

Our stay epitomised that you should never judge a book by its cover, but in a bad way. Beyond the excellent breakfast, brilliant breakfast staff, beautiful decor & easy parking, this hotel fails to meet its own aspirations. Sadly the management let themselves down with extremely poor customer service. The Spa was also broken for most of the time, A couple of tips: do not book through a third party, do not book half-board and do not expect the customer to be right in this hotel. And make sure to be back by 10pm latest if you don’t want to argue for a night cap! The junior ‘suite’ is an extremely comfortable and clean superior or executive room on the normal hotel scale. But the breakfast is off the scale and is the one thing that does exceed all expectation.

We have never had untill you any other client complaining in the rightness of the customer because we always find a solution in a client´s favor, always when it is adequate and reasonable. But it was not your case and allow me explain. 1. You have made a reservation NOT WITH THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF THE HOTEL, NEATHER VIA EMAIL OR PHONE CALL TO THE HOTEL, BUT with *********** and marked 2 people to be charged the servicies instead of 3 for 4 days! You wanted your daughter of 10 y.o. to be accommodated , with SPA access, served breakfast & dinner FOR FREE. You personally made a mistake in your reservation with *********** , put 2 adults + a child of 0 years old (for free) (after having ypur wife called directly to our hotel and she has been informed about the extra charge for your daughter of 10 years old) and even after this you didn´t make any modification in your reservation with ***********! Having arrived at the hotel you knew about it, You knew that a person of 10 years old has extra charges in all the hotels of the world (if you are a businessman and travell with your family so often as you had explained us)! 2. Once you arrived at the front office of Elke Spa , you were inmediatelly informed about the charges and conditions of the hotel. But the problem consists in your NO WISH to pay for your 10 years old daughter. That is the reason why you remain so dissapointed with the personnel service of the establishment. 3.Even this, the management of the hotel (the Deputy Director and RRPP & Communication manager) had a meeting with you, trying to find a solution and proposed you NOT TO PAY for the 4 days breakfasts of you daughter! Invited your family to a coffe for free and it was supossed we had come to a mutual conclusion. The reasons you explained for not paying the extra charges of the 3rd person was that the Booking APP incorrectly marked it, it did not give you options to mark the age of the 3rd person, at the time the hotel tried it from the reception mobile and it worked correctly. 4. *********** knew about such case and sent you 2 emails, you didn´t reply on them, saying you hadn´t received anything. 5. Before you arriving at Elke Spa Hotel, from the booking message system you were sent a message asking the exactly age of you child, because the price is not the same for a kid of 0 years old and for a child of 10 years old , who eats , needs extra bed etc. You ignored it! 6. The SPA is always 1 h. access per the whole stay of each client and it is for FREE (no charge). Your family consisting of 3 persons enjoyed the SPA EVERY DAY. The last day the only thing was out of service was the hot jacuzzi. It is not the reason to write in your review that the whole SPA was broken for most of the time, because it is not true. 7. Please for the next time check better what you reserve in any resource, it is your responsabi

we had to pay for 2 coffees even though we understood that 2 small bottles of water and 2 coffees were offered in the room (at the price of the room it is excessive to have to pay for 2 coffees) then regarding the spa we have a couple of friends who were staying at another hotel (not far away) the jacuzzi and swimming pool were included in the price and parking was 11 € (not 15 euros) the hotel is good but the services expensive

The hotel is comfortable and ideally located. The Spa and the swimming pool are a significant plus. The breakfast is very good and quite varied. The only downside is not the hotel but the town itself which is ordinary but which has the merit of not being too far from other more expensive towns such as Tossa de mare (magnificent) and Plaja d'Aro (very animated).

Hotel de lujo a 1 minuto de la playa, desayuno buenisimo, atencion tambien y spa gratuito (1 hora). Todo estupendo, el SPA muy completo (jacuzzi muy pequeño - 4 pax maximo) pero mal gestionado - exceso de publico que no permite disfrutar plenamente de él. Las habitaciones, camas, almohadas, baño, amenitis ... todo de 10!

Nous y sommes allés en couple pour un week-end. La chambre était magnifique tout confort, spa super avec vue magnifique. Massage au top, et le petit déjeuner exceptionnel que de la qualité. Vraiment un très bon hôtel je le recommande fortement.
