The room cleaning staff threw away the child's orthokeratology lenses and eye drops without prior communication. The water pressure in the shower was also insufficient and was not improved after communication. The service was not worth the price.

The room was very clean and the facilities were new. We booked a suite and received welcome fruit and an exclusive card. The service was very attentive. The front desk was not on the first floor and you had to take the elevator. Turn right and walk 800 meters to the Moscone Exhibition Center, which was very convenient for business travel. Unfortunately, the hotel does not include breakfast, not even a buffet breakfast, so you have to order it yourself. There is no homeless around the hotel, so it feels very safe. I will stay at Four Seasons next time.

Chinese guests are advised to stay away; there is severe racial discrimination. The service is extremely poor; they are only proactive in asking for tips and nothing else. Their attitude is arrogant and indifferent, offering absolutely no service. When we checked in, we used four bank cards, all of which they said wouldn't work. These included cards from China and Chase Bank. We had just rented a car before check-in, and those cards worked fine. We tried to negotiate a solution with the front desk, asking if we could pay the deposit in cash, but they refused. Later, we said we would just get a refund and expressed our doubts about the four cards not working, but they still refused. Finally, the manager came out and said he would try again. We simply tapped the cards against the paper, and they swiped immediately. Before that, they wouldn't let us tap the cards, forcing us to use the most basic card-swiping method. Afterwards, there was no apology, no escalation, and no compensation. We contacted Ctrip to cancel the second night's booking, leaving the first night as is, of course, negotiations failed. When I checked out, they said they would send the bill to me via email. I checked out in the morning and hadn't received it by noon. Given the unreliable check-in process, I was worried they might charge me incorrectly. We hadn't received any notification of any charges. Ctrip helped me contact them, and they said they sent it to the wrong email address. Ctrip then provided the email address they had already provided. It's now 7:30 PM, and I haven't received any email or apology by phone.

It should be OK by the standard of ordinary five-star hotels, but if it is the standard of Four Seasons, it should be the worst Four Seasons hotel I have ever stayed in.

The location in the city center is good, but the hotel facilities are a bit old, but everything else is good.

The price is very expensive, the twin beds are very small, the decoration is very old, and the restaurant is terrible!
