The hotel's location is excellent; bus #28 right outside goes directly to the Golden Gate Bridge, and it's very convenient for dining at Fisherman's Wharf. However, the hotel service is extremely poor, almost as if they're intentionally unhelpful to guests. The rooms are like island prisons – rectangular, with virtually no natural light, dark, cold, and gloomy. The breakfast area is dirty and messy, feeling like a homeless encampment. This place is simply not suitable to be a hotel; I don't understand how it gets good ratings on Ctrip.

The location is fantastic, right in Fisherman's Wharf, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. For getting around, both the cable car and public buses are close by, and there's even a Hertz car rental nearby. Highly recommend staying here.

Enjoyed seeing the pancake machine rolling out the pancakes during breakfast. The breakfast spread was what I wanted:high protein yogurts, fruits, pancakes and coffee. Location was near fisherman’s wharf and traders joe was round the corner. Room was big and comfy !
