Services provided by Chinese immigrants who can speak English, Cantonese and mandarin fluently. Easy going, nice, gentle and polite. Guests are from world wide. They are all nice polite and communicable . Location is self-evidently very very excellent. Just behind the main gate of world famous SF Chinatown. Compared to the comparable location of hotels/motels in New York, this is definitely an underpriced one. easy to get access to public transport/food/tour spots.

Fast checking in and checking out, near china town but most of the shops and restaurants close very early, after 8.00 pm, streets are quite.

Grant Plaza Hotel is in a super convenient location—easy to get around! I stayed on the second floor in a corner room, which was clean and had Wi-Fi. The only issue was the noise at night, either from other rooms or the building next door—it was quite loud every night. Other than that, everything was fine!

The towels they give are super old. It’s good for its location right in Chinatown and walkable distance to the Union square. The room is small in the sense that the chair is too big to pull out and sit properly. It also could be loud at night from the nights. Good value though.

Very good location if you want to stay in the city. Room was pretty small, with no water boiler or coffee machine. Coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Staff were friendly but you have to aske if you want your room made up (fine for me). Not luxurious in any way but I'd stay here again.

I was really happy with my stay. The location is right in the heart of Chinatown, surrounded by numerous restaurants and attractions. The highlight was the staff—they are incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. I will definitely book this place again the next time I’m in town!
