This is my second time staying here and it feels just like home, Chinatown is right around the corner and the Walgreens is right there, I’ll be staying here from now on Everytime I come into San Francisco, Love this place.

The hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, and the room was clean and quiet. Housekeeping was meticulous every day. Plus, it's super convenient with transportation, services, and shopping all close by! Overall, a very pleasant stay.

It is a very old hotel but it is clean. I felt ok before the wired incident happened. I checked in after 3pm after a long flight . They woked me up by knocking to my door around 8pm for just checking if someone in the room. Then they called me after ard 15mins later and told me that they gave me the wrong room and want me to get packed and go down to the lobby. Even I told them I was sleeping and I have already unpacked they still want me to go down to the lobby to show my ID. I told them I don't mind but they have to wait and apologize is not enough. They should prepare some compensation. After they heard that I requested for compensation they gave up and said that I don't have to go down to the lobby anymore. How can it possible for a staff to request the guest to move out from the room just because of their system's mistake???

The hotel was very clean overall, with complete facilities. The surrounding area also offered convenient transportation and dining options. The lobby even had coffee, cookies, and apples for guests, which was a very thoughtful touch.

Room is very clean and bed very comfortable. Good room service everyday, unlimited complimentary water, coffee, tea, cookies all day long. Wifi available in room. Staff are courteous. Location is close to Union square and all transport. I will stay here again next time. The only flaw is the TV is not connected to power & no power cord provided, hence can't watch TV, hope this can fix.

The hotel's location is great, but it's a bit older and the rooms are on the small side. Also, they use old-fashioned magnetic strip key cards, which demagnetize easily and are a bit of a hassle. Overall, it's not bad.

The location is excellent, right next to Union Square, and there's a cable car stop right outside the door. Subway and bus stations are also nearby, making it incredibly convenient. The lobby offers a 24-hour coffee machine, tea, and snacks. The rooms are comfortable too.
