We love this hotel. The location is very convenient where you could find the cable car station, take a walk to the ferry building and fisherman market. The staff are very nice and the breakfast was excellent.

Last minute booked after work. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Room was clean. Espresso machine in the lobby for use on the way out. Not much more to ask for.

really clean, efficient, nice staff, love the 24/7 front desk. they also were super helpful tagging and holding my luggage for me. I was able to check in and out with ease, and used their fitness room too. small but enough equipment to workout! pretty close to the water which is nice, and love the chilled water and guest request closet

Pretty basic place, rooms are very small but functional. No aircon in the rooms as it is an older building. Some pluses like complimentary coffee, a large guest lounge area and a laundry room. Suitable for short stays on a budget.

The check-in kiosks were down for quite a while upon arrival. Couldn’t check into the room until they were fixed. No food or drink beyond coffee or tea; not including room service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Gym on site with useful equipment.

Perfect for solo and business travelers. They leave you alone. It’s clean and quiet and extremely affordable. No pet fee, which is really nice. Option for self-service check-in/out. Free laundry machines, really great vending machines, fabulous Yemenese coffee shop across the street.
