The staff will help with parking, which costs $75 a night. The room was alright. Security is good; you need to swipe your card to enter the hotel.

The hotel reservation was under my name, and I later added my partner's name. However, when she tried to check in on the first night, she encountered an issue where her name wasn't in the system, even though I had clearly added it on Trip.com. After a lengthy conversation with Trip.com customer service, the problem was finally resolved by emailing the front desk. The hotel offers breakfast and is located downtown, with a Trader Joe's nearby. There were virtually no homeless people around. You need to swipe your card to enter the main gate and use the elevator. Initially, I was a bit concerned about safety, but everything turned out to be fine. The room was quite small and was located near the elevator.

The room was a bit small but very clean and quiet. I felt very safe thanks to the secure access at the hotel entrance. Its location is excellent, being less than a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and with a bus stop right outside, transportation is incredibly convenient.
