The hotel boasts a prime location in Union Square, offering convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. It's a 3-minute walk to the entrance to Chinatown. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the use of a room card for entry and exit feels secure. A coffee table is available in the lobby, and hot water is available 24 hours a day. The rooms are well-equipped; the only drawback is the somewhat old lobby elevator, which can result in long waits during peak hours.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - we stayed for 7 nights on New Year's Eve. Although the lobby and elevator look old, the rooms themselves have been renovated - they have new furniture, a bed and a shower room. Comfortable mattress and pillows. The room was warm, there was no smell and everything was great. Worth knowing: poor sound insulation from the corridor - you can hear when someone walks in the corridor. But you can't hear other sounds from other rooms, so it didn't bother us at all! We got a free room upgrade, thank you There are free tea and coffee on the first floor. There is also a coffee machine in the room The location of the hotel is very convenient - on the left is the entrance to Chinatown, on the right is a street with luxury boutiques. It is convenient to walk to any attraction or get to any point in the city There is a bagel shop Posh Bagel next to the hotel - we recommend it. There are also many restaurants and cafes nearby
