We were very satisfied with the staff’s service and the simple breakfast, which had a small but well-curated selection. However, it would be helpful to inform guests in advance that connecting rooms are not available. We experienced several infrastructure issues, including loud bathroom fan noise (even after changing rooms), a TV remote not working due to battery problems, and occasional elevator outages, which caused inconvenience for both guests and staff. Despite this, the staff’s service mindset was excellent

The hotel is perfect for solo or group traveller who is in SFO for few days. Very near from Civic Center and proximity to major attractions of SFO. The property is value for money just my comment is on their breakfast as they give you voucher of 10$ which you can use for food or breakfast which is a wired concept as they should atleast provide simple breakfast.

Clean good place. New restaurant but breakfast was actually not included, only $10 por room. Parking is additional, you will have e to pay extra per day. Not included

Great location. Older hotel but very clean. Stuff very helpful and polite. We enjoyed our stay
