Indoor pool with warm jacuzzi is great! I personally find the bed too soft though. Location is perfect. Lots of food choices around.

The hotel room was very spacious, and the complimentary toiletries were of good quality. It was clean and well-maintained, although I found it a bit pricey. The location is excellent, directly opposite a Hilton hotel and very close to Union Square. There's also a great Japanese ramen restaurant on the ground floor. While you might encounter homeless individuals in the vicinity, they seemed harmless and didn't cause any problems.

The hotel is located in Union Square. Upon check-in, we were lucky to encounter a polite young staff member from Beijing who spoke Chinese. He gave us detailed recommendations for nearby restaurants, including places for steak, Vietnamese cuisine, and Japanese ramen. The service was excellent, and our room was clean and comfortable. Just a short walk away, there's a Jack Burger, and interestingly, the person who took our order there was a Cantonese-Chinese individual who could speak a few simple Chinese phrases. The hotel's location is superb, being very close to the cable car lines. The breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options, such as miso soup, natto, rice, plain congee, and various side dishes. At night, it's advisable to limit going out and avoid making eye contact with suspicious-looking people. Overall, the people in San Francisco are very friendly; it's one of the nicest cities I've ever visited.

What a wonderful hotel, great location right in the middle of union square. San Francisco wea the first spot on our honeymoon and the Nikko hotel was the perfect choice for visiting the city. Fantastic hotel great staff / service. Thanks guys 10/10

Despite not using the in-room mini-bar, I was charged over 12 USD. I contacted Ctrip about it, and they informed me it was due to mini-bar consumption. Ctrip subsequently reimbursed me for this amount. A big thank you to Ctrip!

Rooms are very clean but this hotel is very expensive with additional fees for seemingly everything. There is a mandatory $45 charge per day that covers the gym, pool, and WiFi. This must be paid whether or not you use it. However, the pool is also currently closed for renovation so you can't even use it. If you order room service, keep in mind that they charge $5 delivery fee and additional $2 in-room service plus additional taxes on top of the cost of the item.

Clean and comfortable stay. Overall satisfactory and inline with expectation. Very central location. Enough pockets of space to lay out gifts and stuff I bought.

Located at walkable distance from Powell Station. The queen bed room is smaller than expected. However, the stay was great. Will be great if the hotel can provide certain amenity suck as tooth brush , shaver etc for business traveller. Coffee and tea bags are not refill daily even I have stayed for 2 nights. Gym is great for workout and open for 24 hours. Breakfast is simple Japanese style and open only after 7am.

Especially the breakfast, it was superb. Really enjoyed it.

Huge thanks to the staff at check-in for their patient and meticulous service. The Japanese breakfast at the hotel was excellent—a steaming bowl of miso soup with a side of rice and natto felt especially comforting and warm in a foreign country. I'm particularly grateful for the polite and thoughtful service from the breakfast staff. However, the water pressure in the shower was really low; I hope this can be improved by my next stay.

Great hotel for a stay in San Francisco, location is very good and staff was always very friendly.

Overall, it's pretty good. The breakfast is abundant, and the room size is quite spacious. Housekeeping is excellent, and the hotel's location is superb. Definitely recommended.

The location is perfect, easy to get access to shopping malls, eating places, cable car, etc. The room is very nice and clean and we were lucky to get the corner room as well. Warm and welcoming staff. We will definitely come back.
