The hotel has a kettle, which is a rarity in Western hotels. Each floor is equipped with an ice maker and water dispenser. Breakfast is served on the executive floor and offers a decent variety (though not comparable to those in China). The hotel is located in the Chinese district, which is a bit quiet.

The bedding was incredibly dirty. After sleeping in it, I broke out in a rash all over my body. When I got home, the doctor confirmed it was a fungal infection. On the first day of my stay, I already told the hotel restaurant staff that the duvet looked unclean. You can see it in the pictures – the duvet filling was red and yellow. The hotel explained that this was normal. They did change it for me later, but the new one still had the same issue, just not as severe. I didn't pursue it further at the time because I was too lazy to. It would have been too much hassle to change hotels after booking for three or four days. But getting a fungal infection after returning home is absolutely disgusting! For a brand-name hotel, basic hygiene should be a given, right?

The lobby is grand and stylish, and the service is excellent. The room was great – clean and comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the immediate area outside the hotel isn't the best, a bit run-down, but once you're inside, it's a world of difference. You can find a Starbucks just a left turn out of the lobby. There's also a fantastic Vietnamese noodle place right across the street; I loved it so much I went twice. I had to check out early, and the hotel handled the refund smoothly and efficiently, which was very classy of them.

This Sheraton hotel is located in the Chinese community of San Gabriel, and you can tell it's Asian-friendly just by its Chinese signboard. The environment is relatively safe and tidy. The room was quiet, and the view from the window was like a vast mountain range, offering an open vista. The hotel provides free parking; just inform the front desk to get a scannable voucher for complimentary access to the underground parking garage. While the hotel offers breakfast, it's quite expensive. There are many authentic Chinese restaurants nearby; I went to Yong He Dou Jiang, which was not far, for breakfast, and it was excellent. There are also several large supermarkets within a 2-minute walk, where you can buy any supplies you need. The hotel does provide a microwave, but it's behind the reception desk on the first floor, which isn't very convenient. Also, the Chinese restaurant directly across from the hotel has very good food. Recommended.

Excellent hotel with great service. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the environment was elegant and comfortable. The rooms were fully equipped with all amenities, and there were also recreational facilities like a swimming pool and gym.

The room was clean and tidy, and for the price, the interior decor felt quite grand. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were very patient. Parking is available until 5 PM on the day of check-out, and it's included in that day's rate. The standard room type is very spacious, and a great convenience for Chinese guests is the presence of a hot water kettle, body wash, and shampoo – the overall experience is comparable to what you'd find domestically. The gym and pool are also very clean. If you're driving, you can save on breakfast by buying bread and tuna from nearby supermarkets, which is a flexible option depending on your budget.

This hotel is quite large and the facilities are brand new, making for an excellent stay! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and proactively offered us a free room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch. The location in the Chinese district is perfect. There are two large Chinese supermarkets just a short walk downstairs, and plenty of Chinese restaurants and hometown specialty eateries nearby. If you're traveling and craving a taste of home, you'll have no trouble finding it here – it's ideal for Chinese travelers. The only minor downside was that the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

The Sheraton lives up to its reputation as a big-name hotel. The lobby is grand, and there's a lovely fragrance in the air. The room was spacious, bright, quiet, and clean. My only minor complaint is that the deposit was $350, which is more than the room rate – a bit excessive.
