A wonderful find… quiet and spacious terrace outside. Delicious and inventive menu. I particularly liked my prawn and mango salad which I had for lunch. The desserts were all equally tasty. Friendly and attentive service.

We had planned to eat on the terrace and had a reservation specifying an outside table. When we arrived they were not serving outside, even though the weather was much warmer than two nights before when we had made the reservation when the patio was full of people happily dining outside. When I explained that my husband could not eat inside as he is immuno-compromised, they made no effort to accommodate us unlike several other restaurants throughout Italy which have been so kind and gracious. When I suggested they should have at least tried to call me to tell me before I showed up with a party of 6, they said they had tried me but I have no record of any such call. Then the young man who clearly couldn't be bothered said "Life was too short" apparently for him to serve us outside. I know how short life is as my husband fought cancer for over 2 years during COVID. Life is too short to patronize a place with an attitude like this!

A beautiful setting for an evening meal. Hidden away from the busy main streets but right in the heart of San Gimignano with views of the towers. The food was delicious - typical Tuscan flavours, beautifully presented and the setting perfect! The staff were all incredibly friendly, we really couldn’t fault it.

We ate here tonite. The restaurant was nice inside and out. The service was reasonable. Something we found disturbing was the salt and pepper were dropped on the table in little fast food packets as was the balsamic. The food was pretty good, my lamb had a tiny tiny bone in the meat that really made a loud crack on my tooth when I ate it, hopefully no issues going forward. The pork dish was excellent.

We could highly recommend this hidden place - but you need to make a reservation in advance! Very typicall tuscan kitchen and hilarious waiters which are helpful and service-orientated. Check out the self made pasta and the tarte with onion and salted butter ice cream on parmiggiano sauce! Never got in touch with something like this before! Awesome!

Perfetct restaurant. Amazing location and great food. We ordered nastri di zafferanno with ragù di cinta senese and white onion, tagliata beef. There’s a lovely wind in the terrace and colourful flowers. A++++++++++++++++++++++*****

Location davvero bella, menù abbastanza vario, alla richiesta di una minima variazione per mia figlia (non mettere i carciofi nei pici) ci è stato detto che nessun piatto si poteva modificare. Tagliere di formaggi abbastanza misero, tortelli molto buoni, davvero deludenti gli spaghetti alle vongole con crema d’aglio. Anche il dolce, nulla di entusiasmante. Per finire ci è stato erroneamente accreditato 2 volte il vino. Prezzi abbastanza alti. Sinceramente da un ristorante cosi mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio.

Vuoi mangiare e bere a sufficienza e pagare il giusto? Non è il caso di questo ristorante! Le pietanze sono buone( ma neanche ottime) , le porzioni sono davvero troppo giuste, più quantità non guasterebbe. Così anche il calice di vino che abbiamo richiesto, direi al quanto misero! Il coperto costa € 3,50 mica poco non c'è niente che giustifichi un prezzo così alto! Il servizio non è stato di nostro gradimento, a stento ci rivolgeva la parola il cameriere; ad una richiesta di una pasta con il pomodoro semplice, senza prendere necessariamente il menù completo, ci è stato risposto che non era posdibile..manco fosse un ristorante a 5 stelle! Con dispiacere la nostra esperienza è stata negativa in tutti sensi!

Come passare una bellissima giornata in quel di San Gimignano e gustare un ottimo pranzo toscano. Partendo dal presupposto che la location sia un qualcosa di meraviglioso, con la vista sulle torri e un arredo elegante e dettagliato. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata l’ottima qualità dei piatti e la rivisitazione di quelli tipici. La tartare di Fassona è eccezionale così come i pici alle verdure, un ottima opzione per i vegetariani. Ci tornerò sicuramente dato che dispongono di servizio B&B
