A wonderful country experience in Tuscany. The setting is beautiful. A great place to relax and still enjoy San Gimigiano which is 10 minutes away. The breakfast was basic but host was warm and friendly. We were only disappointed by the rain.

The inn was located in a most beautiful area outside of San Gimignano. There is a lovely backyard pool and lawn area with a view of the Tuscany Hills. The owner/innkeeper is very accommodating and knowledgeable. A most lovely breakfast with anything and everything you could want served in a room of all glass added onto an old building/ home/beautifully renovated. The rooms are beautifully decorated with very large bathrooms, and extremely comfortable beds.

We stopped at this beautiful haven for a little rest after a week working abroad and couldn’t be happier. The photos we saw looked amazing, but in person it’s even more impressive. Luca immediately made us feel at home and taken care of, it was the perfect place to come recharge. It looks like the whole place has been recently renovated or updated (or maybe that’s just how it is) because everything was immaculate, the rooms were comfortable, clean and beautiful. In fact, that was the impression we got the whole time - they have style and good taste! From the beautiful landscape, the pool, to the amazing breakfast spread, it was just all so good and enjoyable. All the staff was really sweet, helpful, and accomodating, and we had such a nice week unwinding. Looking forward to the next time in Italy, such a perfect place, close to some of the most amazing vineyards, historic towns, and beautiful landscapes. Thanks Luca, for making our trip so lovely!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in September. It was truly the highlight of our 2 week Tuscany trip. The property is well taken care of and the staff are so accommodating and welcoming. The hotel is close to San Gimignano but is off the main road. It was easy to get out to explore the area and day trip to Siena and other surrounding hill towns. Luca and his staff were helpful in giving us winery and restaurant recommendations. However, the best dinner I had in our 2 weeks of traveling in Italy was at their restaurant! We had dinner there 2 nights during our stay and the food was incredible! So well prepared and presented from the appetizer to the dessert! The pool was wonderful and refreshing after a long day exploring. The room was clean and had a large shower and bathroom area. Overall, this was an excellent place for us to spend our time in Tuscany and we wouldn't hesitate to return. I highly recommend spending time at Molino di Foci with Luca and his competent staff!

The Hotel and grounds are beautiful. The entire staff are all very pleasant personable people who go above and beyond to keep there guest happy. Breakfast, Dinner and what they refer to as snacks, which are actually small wonderful meals by themselves where all tasty treasures that one would to experience in Tuscany. Bruce & Helena USA

What a magical place...spent a few days here with friends, enjoyed the peaceful location and the excellent service by Luca and his dedicated team. Breakfast on the terrasse with beautiful view on the mediterranean garden with a huge choice of everything you desire. Make sure that you book a table for the tuscan dinner which takes place 3 times a week. The tagliata was excellent. The location allows you to explore easily all main cities and villages. We also walked once from the hotel to San Gimignano which is about 1 hour through vinyards and olive tree fields...really beautiful. We will come back for sure.

Our stay here was perfect, it was clear from the moment we got there that we should have booked longer stay there than we did. Our room was simple yet modern and fresh, very clean and well taken care of. We had a lovely view to the pool and Tuscan landscape. Hosts are amazing and truly committed to the hotel, we got excellent recommendations to San Gimignano and wine tastings nearby. Breakfast was excellent and some of the selection varied daily. There was a good selection of snacks and food available at the restaurant untill late evening and we ate there couple of times, everything was delicious, good selection of wines also. Overall the whole estate is very carefully maintained and there's no untidy corner. Will definitely visit again!
