As a religious Padre Pio pilgrim, I loved all until shocked by full frontal nude painting in the same lobby as Padre Pio. This spoiled all the other wonderful things about the hotel.

Hotel was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Staff at reception were perfectly professional and helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in. the restaurant was great! All in all a great place from which to explore San Giovanni!

One night stay on road trip. Quite bewildered by this town! Hotel old fashioned but efficient. Good breakfast good Wi-Fi. Lovely pool but you need a swimming hat. Fabulous pizza across the road left out of hotel less than five mins walk. Comfy room with balcony.

The hotel is easy to find and near all tourist attractions. The staff was nice, they speak English very well. The room was big and nice, maybe a little bit outdated. Just like a bathroom. But everything was very clean, which is most important. The breakfast was nothing special - a typical Italian breakfast, but it was ok. We stayed here for two days and choose this hotel mostly because of the swimming pool. But later discovered that swimming caps (extra charge) are mandatory in the pool. Which was a big turn-off. Except for this, everything else was ok.

I stayed with my son in this hotel for 3 days, the rooms and common areas were very clean and fragrant, the staff were all very kind and helpful, the swimming pool was beautiful, the 2 restaurants in the structure were excellent, we will certainly be back very soon. The Sanctuary of Padre Pio and the town center are easily reachable on foot

Sono anni che vengo almeno una volta insieme alla famiglia in questo Hotel ma questa volta la situazione era DISASTROSA. Poco personale, manutenzione dell'hotel quasi nulla. Staff hotel della reception poco cordiale col cliente, per non parlare del fatto che telefonicamente è stato riferito e accordato un costo per il pernottamento ma stranamente al momento del pagamento i costi si sono elevati vertiginosamente. A pranzo e cena i Camerieri, che voglio precisare sono gli unici che si salvano.....simpatici e cordiali, si sono trovati in difficoltà a soddisfare le richieste di tutti poiché le pietanze preparate non erano sufficienti a coprire tutti i coperti. Mi dispiace veramente tanto ma questa volta ci ha deluso!!!! Mai più!

Excelente localização . Fica cerca de 15 min do Santuário de Padre Pio.Possui uma área grande externa, piscina e rampa de acessibilidade para cadeirantes aos andares superiores. Fiquei num quarto duplo super limpo no 1º andar com varanda para a saída do hotel. Banheiro privativo, ar condicionado e frigobar. Limpeza do quarto diária e troca de toalhas também. Possui wi-fi. Restaurante com ambiente requintado , café da manhã ,almoço e jantar muito bom. Custo benefício muito bom.
