Excellent hotel. Very clean, safety place. Good breakfast. Excellent location, very near to the Sanctuary. All the staff are very lovely and kind. This trip was very special for me because I was celebrating my mum's birthday. Definitely I will back. Thanks

Great location and comfortable rooms, just a few steps from the church and lots of food options around. The staff was also very helpful in giving directions and assistance. Breakfast was composed of mostly sweet items but eggs were provided on request and the jams were excellent!

Lorenzo was absolutely brilliant. He was like a concierge to us. He completed the itinerary for 4 of us before we arrived at the hotel. Nothing was a problem. We were 4 Irish girls travelling together from Pisa, to Montipulicano and then on to Pio Hotel San Giovani. Once before we got off the train at our final destination,Lorenzo very swiftly had a driver at a good price await us off the train. This young man is an asset to any business and has the manner and capability to deal with any situation. He is fantastic with the customers listens and practically iron out any problems we may encounter. If I had a business in the morning I would be trying to poach lorenzo. I only wish to see him again when I return to this fantastic hotel with a lovely staff.
