Venus Hotel

It's an older hotel but still nice. The door wasn't looking good and looked like it was broken in a few times. But we didn't experience that our selves. The staff was friendly and always someone at the door so we felt safe anyway. Parking nearby and directly in the center of town. Places to go all around so easy to go by tour or by yourself.

After I made my booking I got an email (As a new feature, we offer complimentary pool passes to our sister hotel, Midas Belize, and a tour of the San Ignacio Butterfly Farm). I Did not get the tour to the butterfly farm neither was the pass to their sister hotel offered.

Convenient and clean hotel with no frills.

Very friendly helpful staff! Was able to store luggage when taking a few day trip to Guatamala. Its price is gpod and ablw to swim at their partner hotel Midas!

AC barely cooled it but it was a very hot day. There was an event outside the hotel that had loud music half the night. But we still got some sleep.

The AC was excellent, and so was the water pressure. A small, cozy room with a comfortable bed at a very reasonable price. The staff members are super kind and available for help. Moreover, you can't ask for a better location. This hotel is in the heart of San Ignacio.

Overall, great stay. For the price, this hotel is very reasonable. Some minor repairs could be done though everything was clean. Front desk was helpful most of the time. Location was good - good restaurants in the area and walking distance to market.
