Super 8 by Wyndham San Jose

The hotel is called 6 Motel, and there's a building inside called Super 8. You can check in directly at the 6 Motel reception. The hotel cleanliness was very poor; the towels were covered in unwanted body hair. The sheets were also stained. As the only accommodation under $100 during the World Cup, it was a compromise for someone on a budget. There was even a strong odor outside. There was no hairdryer, no shower gel or shampoo, only two small bars of soap, and of course, no breakfast, even though the TripAdvisor said it was free. Despite such lack of facilities, the hotel did have a swimming pool. Overall, if it weren't for the World Cup causing other hotels to price gouging, I wouldn't have chosen this hotel.

I followed the address and walked around a few times, but couldn't find a Super 8. There was only a Motel 6. I went inside to ask, and an Indian woman said it was right there. After checking in, we had to go around to the back. There was a small Super 8 with a banner hanging on the wall outside. The facilities were very poor, and the mattress was almost unsleeping. I had booked breakfast, but when I called the front desk, they said there was no breakfast, only coffee. So I called Ctrip and immediately canceled the order.

There was no hot water in the room, and the shower water was cold. I told the front desk, but they didn't do anything about it.

該Motel旅館，入住體驗差，所住房間裡外都能聞到異味，房間裏面的地板上有燒灼後的黑色痕跡，説心裡話，是膽戰心驚地住了一晚。酒店描述説有早餐，辦理入住時，告知無早餐。次日退房後，與攜程溝通無早餐的情況，但值得欣慰的是攜程客服竭力、快速解決了問題。雖然該汽車旅館差，但攜程服務好，值得點贊👍。
