Not bad, but area was so so

The hotel is very quiet and parking is convenient.

Neither good nor bad.

Great place if everything else is booked

I didn't smoke in the room, but the hotel staff said I did and deducted my entire deposit.

The hotel is quite large, but the noises of various equipment in the room, such as refrigerators and air conditioners, are very loud. Later, the air conditioner and refrigerator were turned off. The sound insulation is not good, and the floor vibrates when walking. The breakfast is good, a standard American breakfast, the only bright spot.

It was a reasonably priced stay, and the room was equipped with a microwave, and the bed was clean and well-made with fluffy pillows that made you feel like you could sink into it. My daughter's suitcase had been opened without permission at customs, so the lock had changed direction, so when I was having trouble opening it, she kindly lent me a hand. The staff are all smiling and wonderful. Thank you very much for your help. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

It's an older hotel. You have to go to another building, which is quite far, but the people are pretty nice.

I only stayed for one day but it was a good choice. The surrounding transportation is convenient and not far from the airport. However, I didn’t hear too many planes and it didn’t affect my sleep. There are a lot of places to eat nearby.

I don't like the setting of their room and think the lighting in the room is not bright enough. The attached simple breakfast is not delicious, the hot dog 🌭 is a bit salty

At night, the outer door will be closed. Considering the current security situation in San Francisco, I feel that this measure is very good. Because we had an evening flight, we requested luggage storage, and the hotel agreed. However, the space was a bit small, so we could only store 4 luggage, which was a little inconvenient.

Breakfast was good
