Capital Hostel de Ciudad

Honestly, I can't recommend this hostel. First off, the facilities are old. There's no hot water in the communal showers; only rooms with private bathrooms have it. While the common areas look nice, they really lack proper maintenance and upkeep. The hostel does have a water dispenser and a communal kitchen, and the Wi-Fi is stable. However, and this is a big one, there were bugs in my bed. My back and legs were bitten, and they were incredibly itchy, as you can see in the pictures of my back. The front desk staff can only speak limited English, as it's a Spanish-speaking country, so communication was a hassle and required assistance from Trip.com's online customer service.
