Residence Inn San Jose Escazu

Loved it, very conveniently located in the heart of San Jose. The breakfast was good and simple. The staff was amazing.

I had an excellent stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott. The service was awesome, and the room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful—anything you need is just a phone call away, and they make sure it’s delivered promptly. The property felt very safe and secure, which made the stay even more comfortable. Another big plus is the location: there’s a nice, walkable street nearby with plenty of high-end outlets and shopping options. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. Tiffany Castro was wonderful. Helped us out many times even on her day off.

Nice Place. Very clean. Nice and respectful staff. Breakfast was great. Good food options each day. The location was also great. Good pick up/dropoff location for rideshare or taxi. Easy walk to stores and restaurants. Quick drive to mall location and other attractions in San Jose

While the rooms were clean, spacious, and perfectly located, what truly set this stay apart was how the staff handled a crisis. I experienced a medical emergency during my stay, and the team acted with the utmost professionalism, speed, and genuine compassion. Their calm and helpful response turned a very scary situation into one where I felt completely supported and cared for. Big shoutout to Dayana and Nicole for their outstanding service.

Breakfast was the same every day. Basically the left over rice with black beans got serve every morning.
