The location is inconvenient without a car. There are various restaurants opposite. The breakfast is average. The room has a balcony to enjoy the scenery outside. The gym is relatively small and there is a children's playground.

Air conditioning too noisy had trouble sleeping the first night. They refunded and changed the air conditioning and it was still too noisy

All staff very courteous and helpful, clean rooms, small bur nice buffet for meals. I would happily stay here again on future visits to San Jose.
