The hotel is a lot smaller than the pictures. The room is also small but has great shower and comfortable beds. There is no free parking, the reception will provide a voucher and you need to pay $7 to park next door. The hotel location is awesome, you can walk to most of the attractions. Breakfast buffet is great.

The location is very central, with many options to choose from. The only downside is the lack of on-site parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and plentiful. The rooms were quite nice, the air conditioning was quiet, and there was hot water in the bathrooms. The only improvement would be to provide glasses in the rooms for drinking water.

Good location, close to the Gold Museum, the craft market, and the central station. Parking is available at USD 10 per day, added to the room rate. The hotel is not easily accessible by car. Breakfast is just adequate.

The hotel is old but has some good updates. Love the shower. Does have a limited amount of outlets. I loved the free breakfast and the restaurant food is good and not overpriced. It’s a big city and you will occasionally hear the traffic. They don’t have parking but work with a local which is around the corner.

Don’t book a room here! Very dirty and unsafe location! Hotel restaurant staff member told us not to walk around the hotel downtown area at night. We felt very unsafe and we will not travel to San Jose, Costa Rica anymore.

Very convenient location. Walkable to different places. However there are the unavoidable noise from street. They finally calm after 10-11pm but people already start working (motorists) at 6am. Neat small place.

The room didn’t not even have soap, it was ok, staff didn’t seem too friendly or impressed we were there, room was clean but just very outdated

Hotel was at best ok. Rooms were so stuffy and hot. Internet slow, breakfast was alright. No elevators so have to drag if you have heavy luggage. You have to pay for parking but needed to remind front desk it was part of our itinerary. Staff were all very helpful and sweet. The location is very central to everything we wanted to visit, which is why we picked it.
