Good hotel clean very good location

Excellent location, great breakfast Staff is kind and gentle

There was no hot water in the shower in the room, so I asked the front desk staff to come to the room to check it out, but they insisted that it was broken and that they were fully booked and could not use other rooms, so there was no alternative. I asked them to refund part of the room fee because the shower was not available (due to poor facilities, the room did not meet the requirements), but they said they would ask their boss and asked me to talk to them again when I checked out, but when I checked out, another staff member said that they had not heard anything and that the shower was broken, but they said that the shower at the hotel was working without any problems, so we were unable to come to an agreement. I will request a partial refund from the Trip.com office. I look forward to your reply.

Great location, average service, simple breakfast

Book a superior room. The one without window is a bit depressing, but the one with window is much more comfortable.
