I have reserve a room that is airconditioned and already paid in full. After confirming the reservation of the airconditioned room. They msg that "we recieve your order... You reserve a FAN ROOM" we clarified that the room we booked is airconditioned. but there is no reponse on the end. now that we have called them they say airconditioned room are fully booked and they are blaming agoda for the false information?! they also said several uncessary things but not addressing the problem. They cannot give us a proper answer in which they just to told us to cancel our booking?! mind you that if we cancel our booking only 8% of our pay will be back to us cause of their own cancelation policy. they are not taking accountability for their mistake! thankfully we booked ahead of time and contacted agoda for a full refund for not honoring the room we booked. just imagine you want to have a time to unwind but nearly ruined by these irresponsible people?
