Coastal Haven Resort

The room itself was okay. The location is very remote. The area outside was under construction and extremely dirty and messy. The pool water was also filthy; it was impossible to swim in it. What was most infuriating was the hotel staff (manager). They were extremely negligent and had a terrible attitude, constantly giving us the cold shoulder. They wouldn't even let my friend connect to the Wi-Fi. The hotel booking clearly stated that each room included two breakfasts, but the manager only provided one, then refused to let us have the other. The worst part was that one day we left the room locked, but when we returned, the door was open. We went to find the manager, but no matter what we asked, he claimed to know nothing and wouldn't check the security footage. He was extremely negligent. Because of this incident, we wanted to cancel our stay, but the hotel refused to give us a refund and offered no apology. They kept chasing us, asking if we had complained about them, with a very rude attitude and no sense of service whatsoever. Overall, the accommodation experience was terrible; it's hardly a resort. Terrible, terrible, and absolutely terrible.

Small and new accommodation with 7 rooms. Very new and clean. The breakfast was simple but tasty and sufficient. The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a bit louder at night, but it was still OK.

Hotellet er under stor renovering og det var stort set en byggeplads. Poolen havde vi ikke lyst til at benytte. Værelset var rent og pænt, morgenmad god. Personalet søde og hjælpsomme Selve hotellet var svært at finde grundet manglende skiltning

Very simple accommodation but very clean, and the owner is very friendly and helpful! You can rent scooters from him, he offers dry cleaning service, and he can also book tuktuks. Perhaps a few more power outlets could have been included in the design. Unfortunately, there's no outlet near the mirror for the hairdryer... However, they helped us out with an extension cord.
