The cover photo is very misleading, I thought it was the tall building

Very bad experience at this location. Somebody entered my room while I was there. There is no front desk or anybody to take care of any problem. There is not restaurant at the property

Location was excellent, but no security, no staff on site. No one to help if you have an issue. Manager shows once in my stay and didn't help at all. Place have potential, not there yet.

The hotel's promotional images convey a modern ambiance, yet upon arrival, it's evident that wear and tear, particularly in the bedrooms, has taken its toll. Upon check-in, the absence of staff at the front desk is notable, with guests instead provided with a code for entry to the hotel and their rooms. During my stay, the fire alarm sounded several times, causing understandable concern, though I attribute this to certain guests smoking in their rooms, triggering the alarms. Fortunately, the fire alarm system functioned as intended. However, the condition of the rooms leaves much to be desired, with filthy carpets and a sofa in a state of disrepair. Opting for this hotel as a last-minute choice, I now regret my decision and will not be returning.

Horrible! The room was VERY basic! No hair dryer, no refrigerator, no coffee pot, nothing!! Not even a picture on the wall! The carpet was stained and not vacuumed! Disgusting! We were charged way too much money for this room. Very disappointed, we will never stay here again!

Best location possible, few steps from the beach, accessible parking, lots of places to eat and drink and stores minutes away. Couldn’t get any better

The carpets are dirty. My room didn’t have any wash clothes. When I spoke to the cleaning lady the next day because there isn’t any staff on site she told me she had to wait til 4 for the laundry. The wash cloths and towels looked very old and over used. I wouldn’t stay here again

We arrived at the hotel in the sketchy area to find no desk clerk. The tiny room was not clean, with stains on the carpet. The bed was crammed against the wall on one side due to the lack of space in the room. It was outdated and had no amenities. We wound up purchasing cabana and pool time at other hotels because this one provided nothing. We would never stay at this hotel or in San Juan again. It wasn't even the hotel where we intended to stay. Our room got changed without our consent and this is what we ended up with. Definitely would not recommend.

The property was better than most of the reviews. I had a last min request and they worked with me, which was appreciated. Unfortunately the hotel does not have any amenities such as a pool or dining. However, there is a restaurant that’s connected. Rooms are very small, but big enough for one person. It’s a good place if you’re on a VERY tight budget. I wouldnt have booked this hotel, it was done by a friend. But over all not bad and it’s in a safe location. There is a close beach in walking distance.

I Will be Honest with you I picked the Hotel because of the Name .....Lol ...."Geronimo " was All I Needed.... Lucky Me. And it had a five star restaurant downstairs .......walking distance to a Beach, and a Dispensary............

Dirty carpets, hair on the walls, sketchy parking situation, paper thin walls that you can hear the tv through, uncomfortable bed, small room. Would not stay again.

There are pros and cons to this hotel. Pros: Good location between Old San Juan and Condado. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It is one of the area's more affordable options. Cute coffee shop next door. Cons: NOBODY WORKS HERE. I am serious. There is no front desk service. If you need something, you have to send an email and wait for them to respond. This ****** when the fire alarm went off early in the morning and there was nobody there to turn it off. Our toilet broke and an email response just told us to move our stuff to another assigned room. There is no breakfast despite this claim online, and the restaurant is open sporadically (I saw it operating once in the several days I stayed). The communal area carpets are filthy, and signs in our room told us that maybe it wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been.

We Were at the hotel for 6 days and was great quiet and very close to everything like the beach, el morro and more. very recommended.

Overall, not horrible.. hotel is self service. There is not any staff on site to assist.. so if you need anything in advance be sure to ask for it.. I asked for a handicap room as my partner is in a wheelchair. When we arrived the room we were assigned was not wheelchair accessible and he could not get into the bathroom. We sent an email and the next morning they rooms. I did however put this in my request prior to booking. But wasn’t really a big deal as they were able to change the room quickly. The hotel cleanliness is not so good. Floors and bed sheets dirty and horrible smell in the rooms and hall ways. No safe, no mini fridge. Hotel was accessible with an elevator. You self service getting in and out of the building and room via a code that is provided to you 1 hour before checkin via your email. Overall this wasn’t a bad place for a quick and affordable stay in San Juan. If you have a car, parking is just a short walk right outside the building to the right at an old abandoned hotel ($12) a day. Staying in this hotel is similar to a hostel but you get your own room. Booking said breakfast was included but I never saw anywhere in the hotel where breakfast was provided.. cute coffee shop next door, walkable to the beach and Hilton resort where you can enjoy their bar and little shopping plaza. Piola pizza around the corner is sooooo good (ate there three times, and the two waitresses were sooo nice). The beach is a short walk down the road. If your not picky, I say book!
