The location is located at the center of Old San Juan. In front of Marmalade, one of the highly rated restaurants. Have 2 rooftops. Wish there are pools but its in old san juan so its hard to have that lol. but their rooftop is nice. Bar was not open tho. Maybe because it is off season. There is a 24 hour front desk which is good. Staffs are nice. I actually never had a complain.

The hotel is in the perfect location in Old San Juan. The rooms are clean and a perfect retreat after a long day exploring the city! Don’t miss the two roof terraces for some amazing views.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere, there are many famous restaurants around, but the room is too small, there is no window, the toilet extractor is too noisy, and the sanitation environment is average

The hotel is in the old town, and it is very convenient for traveling to the castle. The attitude of the front desk is good. The hotel is very old, the room smells bad, there are bugs, the bathroom is simple, if you care, it is not recommended to stay.

Front desk was exceedingly helpful. Allowed us to store luggage in morning after we disembarked ship until our afternoon check in. Offered us towels to take with us to beach and bathroom to change into our swim suits. Provided suggestions for dining. The hotel is in the middle of remodel but did not interfere with function. Our room was clean and cool. Shower pressure low but about normal for an older hotel. We would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very convenient to shopping and an assortment of restaurants.

My friend and I booked this hotel a few days before our trip. We are in our early 30s and we felt extremely safe. It was the perfect location in old San Juan (walkable to so many great restaurants and shops), clean, cozy, and very friendly staff. Highly recommend booking this hotel.

Great location in Old San Juan, making everything very walkable. Staff was friendly throughout our stay. They also have a great breakfast.

The hotel is utterly charming, with lovely rooftops and eclectic lobby art. Our room was small but had everything we need. We booked this hotel for its location, and were not disappointed. Everything is within a short walk. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is nicely decorated. There was an issue with our first room where it looked like the room was not properly cleaned. They moved us to another room in Greene and with no issue. The second room was good, however the independent AC unit in the room causes humidity and condensation on the walls which ultimately over time cause mold spores. After the second day it was apparent that mold was growing in the room. It’s livable and understandable BUT I believe there should be more attention to detail with cleaning the rooms ( including the walls and baseboards) to ensure and alleviate the mold growth in the room.

Loved our stay! Great front desk team! So friendly and helpful! The property is a great mix of historic and modern, and the vibe is great. Location couldn’t be better - a 3-5 min walk to all of Old San Juan!

Liked the unique style of the decor, the rooftop hot tubs, friendliness of the staff and breakfast at their restaurant. Did not like the layout of the “suite” and the cleanliness of the room.
