Very comfortable and comfortable for any reason visit

The hotel lack of heaters. The air conditioning is only cold and it is working all night without the possibility to turn it off. I got sick because the room is average 60F (17 C) and they don't have enough heaters for all rooms. They offer one more blanket. By deafult there is only one pillow, one towel even do the reservation mentions clearly 2 people. If you need more, you need to ask for them to a Guest Service that never answer. The front desk recepcionist (Miriam) is rude, impolite, foolish and at the first minute of your arrival you are dealing with problems and with her. The parking lot is really small. In summary.... the worst. We decided to leave the hotel @ 3:00 am and they wanted to charge the rate for the day even do we were moving due to the fact the hotel is a freezer. They never apology for the inconvenient and it's dissapointing how they handle this situation. We moved to a Encore Hotel and the difference is huge!

We travel by road from CDMX to Monterret and decided to take steps on the road. We chose this hotel because it is super well located. We were very impressed with the hotel: super new, very well located and muuy clean. The traifa was quite accessible. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

The most unsatisfactory place is that there is basically no sound isolation and the environment is very beautiful.There are 2 relatively large outdoor pools, ¡which is really rare in places where water is scarce! My wife and I stayed overnight in a Junior Suite with a non-working Jacuzzi. The hotel was born as a Quinta Real (luxury Mexican Hacienda-themed chain) - it’s setting and decor remain. Personnel is helpful and cheerful, although somewhat ineffective. Great bed, great room, nice bar and good food. Why not give stars? Well... when dealing with the non-working jacuzzi the staff first told us we would be transferred to the room X .... which did not have a jacuzzi; then they tried to transfer us to a room with jacuzzi .... which was a much worse room in layout, ved, etc! It was as if no one was thinking! We finally stayed in the original room then... as we were taking a bath ... knock in the door and... had to get out, put on a robe, and find out the hotel was sending us cold-cuts tray. Nice gesture but.... complete ignorance of the “do not disturb” sign!! Then... they cook with vegetable oil!!! As if they were completely unaware of their health risks ! On the positive side, when the breakfast buffet omelette cook was challenged .... she did immediately offer to cook with butter or olive oil. Finally, on the same Buffett .... very very few KETO options. No vegetables, no avocado, only cheese, meats, eggs, and a few vegetables with the egg. The most preposterous, really, is that the buffet does not include water! We asked for water and.... they tried to charge us for it!!!! They did reconsider but.... how can it be that fruit juices are included yet... water isn’t!!! Amazing! Net, charming setting with a whiff of “falling apart”, very friendly and nice staff that could use a bit of training. I would recommend it as long as you have some patience, and do not mind having to eat within carbohydrate and vegetable oil boundaries.

Excellent hotel for a business trip. It is very good rooms, very good quality bed linen, fast wifi and a welcome restaurant, although it may be a little expensive. The hotel is organised around a garden, it is a two-storey building similar to a American motel. Very safe and careful. Fitness gym even though the equipment already have their years and are noted. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is quite good. After getting off the bus at the bus terminal in San Luis Potosi, you can walk 200 meters. Although this hotel is a bit old, it used to be the foundation of a five-star hotel and the outdoor pool is also very amazing. It was a surprise to live in such a hotel at a price of more than 400 yuan. The figure 3 below is the Cathedral of San Luis Potosi, which is very beautiful.

I am writing this reviewing in order to share my experience for staying at Encore hotel in SLP: Since I arrived, people helped with my badges. They provided my a ticket for a free beverage. The amenities are modern and hilarious including gym and pool. My bedroom always went ok. I had lost a personal article when I sent my clothes to laundry service l, however, personal of reception get my back it with a chocolates! That was so cute. The food is delicious as well. My check out was early and I get soon my invoice. The breakfast service begins at 6:30am that is a little bit late for people who need to be at work 7am, so I strongly recommend to start that service much early, please. It is the reason why I give 4.5 stars of 5 posible. Overall, If someone else would ask me about to go back again, I’ll say absolutely yes. Thank you so much for reading me.
