4 of us booked this hotel, because we have a biking tour the next day. They were very good at getting back to us and booking taxis for us the next day. Upon arriving, there was a bit of commotion at the front desk when a mom and daughter were coming in. We didn't think much of it. The front desk clerk was very helpful when we asked if we could use the lounge area for wine and snacks. Very relaxing after a good walk thru town. We had room 110, which is not a huge bedroom, but very clean. The bathroom, however is pretty tiny. Need to close the door to use the toilet or reach for the towels. The bed however, was very comfortable, along with the pillows. There is a fan above the bed. But at 11:30, at night, we were awakened by a women screaming in the room next to us. It kept up, and we called down to the front desk. They came and tried to calm the women, but it kept up. Thankfully, the front desk gave us a room on 3rd floor to sleep in for the night. We just grabbed our robes and went up. That bed was just as comfortable, but with no fan. But the whole night was a bit alarming, to say the least. Hard to sleep after being woke up. The breakfast was fine, good coffee and various sweets and bread.
