Casa de Sierra Nevada, A Belmond Hotel, San Miguel de Allende

This hotel is what made the stay so memorable. I could’ve stayed here and never left the whole weekend. The food is superb. Staff were attentive and very pleasant. We visited in October and it was very hot in the afternoons. It’s a beautiful city but you’ll need tennis shoes on every time you go out. The cobblestone streets are hard going in other shoes. Two full days gives you plenty of time to look around unless you are there for a specific reason. We had the best mole I’ve had in Mexico in SMDA. I’d probably plan to stay in one of the airport cities for a few days if I go again.

Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The service is amazing the rooms are wonderful. The location is perfect. The price is reasonable considering the quality. Super clean, super quiet. It feels like your oasis in Mexico! Don't hesitate to go!

Wow what a special place that we will never forget! A few star employees for us that really made our stay special, Paula from concierge was an absolute delight to deal with, the dinner recommendation in our last night was an absolute highlight for us! Actually everything she helped us with was incredible :) as well as Octavio (hope that’s right, golden keys concierge gentleman), nothing was too much despite our many questions. The wine farm recommendations were just perfection, we have done may wine tastings before but tres raices really stood out as one of the best, especially our host Marco, we are so grateful for the recommendation and the experience. Oscar hosted us for the margarita class and he was super, it was really great to learn more about him and we now can surely make the best margaritas ! And of course the breakfast and pool team were really very friendly and made us feel at home. The room was incredible and nothing I ever expected to experience in my life, we have beautiful memories from your special city- thank you from the bottom of out hearts.

We are in San Miguel for a wedding and they way we were treated i would think we were the bride and groom. The hotel service is beyond anything ive experienced and i've stayed at many 5 start hotels. Once we arrived to the moment we left everything was thought of, from Ana at the front desk, to complimentary experiences offered each day of our stay. There was a whatsapp messaging service we we were able to get any item or question answered immediately. the property is impeccably maintained , the food was extradorinay and the staff was so welcoming, polite and helpful. i wish i could live there!

Casa Sierra Nevada is an excellent hotel choice of hotel in San Miguel de Allende as it truly represents the city in a good way. It has great staff, exceptional service, nice food and drinks. They offer fun activities, including a really good cooking class which I highly recommend.

This hotel has many facilities throughout the area surrounding the park, and the eastern half of town. Food is amazing, service is friendly and helpful with a smile. I will be back without a doubt. Trip of a lifetime

Our overall experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and every member of the staff made us feel welcome. The perfect get away weekend for dinning and relaxing. many restaurants to choose from and plenty of stars and museums to visit.
