The room facilities are average and look like a fast hotel. For the price of SMA, the price/performance ratio is relatively high. If you go to the center, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk. This distance is nothing. When I arrived in a tourist city, I walked around everywhere. There is a microwave at the front desk to heat food and water. There are many Mexican restaurants nearby and there is a sushi restaurant. Check-in at the hotel at three o'clock in the afternoon can only be done in advance if there is room available. The service is very good. The waiter can communicate with the translation software even though he does not speak English.

Very comfortable accommodation, I would recommend their Grant Room. The room is large in size. Although there is no air conditioning, it is very comfortable when the electric fan and floor-to-ceiling balcony door are turned on. The hotel's location is about 1.5 kilometers from the center, so you can discover the joys of San Miguel by walking along its stone paths.

The Hotel Casa Santamaría is a nice cute affordable option to visit San Miguel de Allende. It has very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. It is a small hotel well located close to tipical small restaurants to eat. Only a 15min walk to the San Miguel Arcángel Church and town center. If you arrive by car you can park in the premises. We certainly will come back and stay here again. It is not fancy but very good value for a comfortable and convenient hotel.

Nice little hotel. The parking looks complicated, but they take care of moving the cars. The personnel are very polite and helpful. You can walk to restaurants and shops and even downtown (a long walk, but doable, fun, and safe).

A pair of travelers. Pictures do not reflect the rooms. It's a bit of fake news...The room was ok, bed had clean sheets, but some details missing such as full light bulbs in the lamps (they were broken), no shower curtain, ripped towels, and dirty floor between the dressor and wall. The staff were really friendly though with kind energy. They should lower the price a bit to actually reflect the rooms.

Good choice!!!! Small and charming. Good place, near the center but five minutes away walking from the noise. Fair price, free parking was a plus for us. Very comfortable and charming. No breakfast but they give you courtesy coffee in the morning.
